Fosters was quick to act on my requests. I had my vent ducts removed and they were quick to come and recommended a sheet metal company. Once the ducts were installed, I didn’t hesitate to get Fosters to fire up my existing furnace again. They were quick to send a technician out to do this. Price was VERY reasonable and I highly recommend them.
We purchased an 18 year old home on an acreage that has an electric furnace and heat pump. The system did not work well so we contacted Fosters to come and assess the system. The next day the technician visited, figured out the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs and adjustments - problem solved! We are so happy with all aspects of dealing with Fosters!
I had a new heat pump installed and the old furnace and oil tank removed and the job couldn't have gone more smoothly. The Foster's employee who was doing the work and generally coordinating things was very professional and clearly communicated what was going to take place over a couple of days. There were no surprises and the new heat pump is exceeding my expectations.

We have used Fosters since we built our house 16 years ago. We have bought 2 heat pumps from them. We have always had excellent service from all of their associates. Yesterday, their tech was here to do the annual service on our heat pump and furnace and was excellent!!! We will definitely call them again. Thanks to the excellent Fosters gang.
